Was broke when came to me. Then was medical issues happened and was unable to send back in time. Chain is to light for the heavy product

It's a great buy!! My amazon parrot loves it!! He beoke the chain in the middle that holds it but i replaced it with a heavy duty one!! Orher than that its awesome!!!

I can only judge this by how my bird is with it. He loves it. It's half way gone. I like it because it has lasted more than 2 days, lol. I will get him another one.
