If I could give it no stars I would. The customer service is awful. The balls barely glow so the whole purpose of being able to take the balls off and say bring them to the bathroom with the child at night is non existent as a posibility. The light itself looks cool as long as you aren't trying to use the balls other than on the stand. I tried to get a refund but they said it would cost too much so they offered me $13. I said how about half the price refunded. They never bothered to get back to me nor did I see my $13.
