Very good
First strainer O have tried that doesn't leak out tea leaves, very good, like it.

Don’t assume you will get any of the colours shown
Bought as a gift. The cool colours were a big reason for purchasing. Would have been happy with any of the colours but was sent black instead which isn’t shown as an option. Hoping the product works!

Probably The Best Teaspoon Brewer
I think that the Teafu is probably the best spoon for brewing loose tea. With the spoon open it can be filled easily from the caddy by just tipping the tea leaves to one side and tipping them back over the spoon. Any excess can be shaken out. The best feature is the ability to squeeze the spoon in the cup whilst the tea is brewing. The squeezing draws water over the leaves ensuring that you extract the full flavour. Emptying is easy. Pressing the button flips open the spoon which you can then bang on the side of the waste bin and the leaves are gone. There is one drawback. The release button is vulnerable and is easily broken. Care is needed not to catch it when the spoon is open.

Good idea, but springs open!
The idea is good. You can prevent tea getting into the seal if you always use the side with the 'ridge' rather than 'trough'- the trough fills up with tea and won't seal correctly. The squeezing function works OK, but there is a lot of intial force required to deform the silicon egg shape (eggs are that shape as it is so strong)- maybe a straight-sided shape would deform more easily? As you are squeezing quite hard, it is more likely to squirt tea out, splash tea, etc.But the biggest issue is with the catch mechanism. The bit that you push is mounted on such thin arms that after a few uses, this no longer has the springiness to safely lock. After 2 uses it became too risk to use without something else (e.g. your hand) always holding it closed. As the arms are sprung to OPEN the cup, not keep it closed, this is a major issue.
