Horrible -- filthy cartridges that weren't even what I ordered
DO NOT BUY TONER FROM THESE PEOPLE!Although I normally order Samsung OEM toner cartridges, I thought I'd try for the first time ordering a compatible version. Not surprisingly, I got less than I paid for -- in fact, what I got was useless. The order arrived (two cartridges) in boxes that stated the contents were compatible with Samsung ML1510 and 1520. I was already concerned at that point, since I ordered two cartridges for a Samsung ML1210D3 printer. The packing slip said ML1210D3 compatible, so I crossed my fingers and opened one of the boxes.Packed decently in bubble wrap, the cartridge came out coated in toner, which of course got all over my hands before I realized just how dirty it was. Wiped it off with a dry tissue, then tried to insert it in my printer. As you can guess, it didn't fit -- too wide for the printer's cartridge slot. Not just a black toner-dropping mess, but not even a legitimate compatible.So of course there was nothing to do but send them back and hope for refund. Lesson learned: you get no more than, and often less, than you pay for. It's back to the Samsung original cartridges for me -- more expensive, but at least I know they'll fit.
