For the price this is a solid product. The one thing I would advise is if you are a larger person this could be to small for you. I would say if your shoulder width is wider then 17-18 inches I would look for a larger one unless you like to do your curls really tight in.

I held off for years on purchasing this item or one of its kind. I have techniques and equipment for ensuring I hit the long head, short head, and brachialis. One of these techniques being back-wall contact strict curls. Another being lowering the weight on an easy curl bar, to restrict unnecessary body engagement; just focusing on the bicep. However, I have had this arm blaster for about 2.5 weeks now, and have already noticed a change in my arm day training. This really isolates the bicep, forcing it to really engage. It took me about 2 sets to figure out the best adjustment for this arm blaster. I find that having it positioned right below the triceps and just above the elbow works best for me. I highly recommend purchasing this, and regret not doing so sooner myself.
