Not stainless steel inside
This is NOT stainless steel. In the specs, "material" is listed as "stainless steel". But the inner pot is non-stick, not stainless.I wanted to avoid non-stick coating as aluminum can be unhealthy, and I know there are cookers out there with stainless steel inner pots, even though they may be more expensive than non-stick, and harder to clean.If I wanted a cheap nonstick inside coating, I would have bought one that was actually cheap, not $35.The specs never mention that the inside pot is not stainless steel. A waste of money, and dishonest advertising.

rice crusts and sticks to bottom. I purchased a DASH cooker . It is a bit smaller but rice does not stick and easy to clean.
