Nice for replacement of black controller..

Terrible fitment. Missing motor mounts in the bottom half of the shell. several small parts have poor finish from plastic injection molds and need to be cut off to sort of fit. (Sync button for example)

All parts are there and everything you need A+But, the molding on the on the (R2/L2) link is weak, fragile and breaks or cracks and then you have to buy another kit or find a color.

I think this product is a great example of "You get what you pay for". There was no D-Pad included in my package, the L and R buttons were broken upon arrival, and the sync button just didn't fit.I bought this in hopes that I could salvage a controller that my dog got ahold of. Lucky for me none of the missing, defective, or broken parts were the same ones the dog damaged beyond repair. So it works but it's not that all aesthetically pleasing now. Who cares though, it works.The tools included are A+++. Although I did need to use a wrench to get extra torque when coaxing those screws into the unthreaded plastic holes, but again, It worked.

Complete garbage, doesn't fit what they say it does.

1st problem is that the back plates already came on the back, which made it difficult to install because you need to pry those off, and its difficult to not break the clips while prying the plate off, but the plastic doesnt feel cheat alteast

Nice look. Bumpers were broken on arrival . This replacement is for old xbox one controllers not xbox one s, so I could only salvage a couple of pieces. Screwdrivers were nice. I would advertise more clearly next time
