How the heck I can open this suitcase?

This luggage is just right for me. It has everything that I need. The main disadvantage is price, but you get what you pay for. It’s a spinner, and it’s easy to move. The wheels aren’t the cheap kind. They’re sufficiently wide enough for significant sidewalk use, and they’re recessed enough to not get caught on things. It is expandable, and the lock to make it bigger or smaller is inside the case. There is an integrated 3 digit lock that holds the external zipper tabs to the main compartments down. You can add a lock to one of the two zipper pockets. It’s a little on the heavier side of luggage, but it is large. That weight does add to the sturdiness to reduce damage to your belongings. If weight isn’t a concern for you, then this one is for you. The wheels make it easy to move in any case. For a big person like me, the weight is not a concern. The inside has a separator for the main compartment. It has a few smaller pockets to hold things like your toiletries, like toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and stuff like that for quicker access so that it doesn’t roll around inside. One of the other reviewers complained about the inner zipper to the internal structure is missing the pull tab. That is by design. You don’t need that thing flopping around for something that you will rarely ever touch. You can use you finger nail to open it to gain access to the innards for repairing it.

The quality is excelente but I would figure that paying so much for luggage should give you the advantage of great quality plus very little weight. Weight is key for airline travel. These things weight a ton.

I just opened this up and one of the zipper pulls is missing. It’s so frustrating because the case is huge and a pain to ship it back so I feel like I’m stuck with it. I would hope that there would be an inspection process at some level either by the manufacturer or the retailer.

Nice luggage but price should be little less
