I’m a bigger guy, 6’2 200lb and the largest option fits well. It’s a little snug and definitely needs breaking in so just wear it while you normally do heavy bag work to get it broken in and acclimated to your body.

Auxilia en la proteccion de las ingueles si esta operardo de una hernia en esa region, asi como las partes bajas del hombre, lo uitizo en el entrenamiento con sparring, lo recomiendo
