OXO Good Grips Small Silicone Flexible Turner Black

Best spatula, EVER! It flips eggs without breaking the yolk, it can chop up hamburger in the pan. It's sturdy but not too stiff. The size and shape make it perfect for cooking anything. It's not too fat, not too narrow. This spatula is right for any job. It makes a great gift for those who cook anything at all. It doesn't melt or warp, it holds up against time. I have yet to find another one the even compares to the quality and durability of this spatula.

Excellent materials and craftsmanship, as expected from OXO. The business end is huge, making easy work of turning pancakes, hamburgers, etc. Too large for scrambled eggs in a 6" pan. Great for soft foods on a large surface. Five stars for being a large, flexible turner.The only negative of this utensil is the floppiness…well, OXO called it a flexible turner, and flexible it is. It fails at scraping bits off of the cooking surface, such as scraping a griddle. For my personal use, I wish the steel shank ran further through toward the tip.But if you want large, flexible, and Teflon- or nonstick-ceramic-safe, this is the one. If you are turning pancakes on a 10"-14" nonstick surface, this is the one.

I have always been a fan of OXO products. I owned the older version of this spatula. It lasted for fifteen years before we had to retire it. I feel the new one is better quality than the old one. Hopefully, this one will last at least as long. It is just the right size for flipping and scraping. Also, it isn’t too thick. It has some bend to it to get under food to flip it. Overall, one of the best spatulas I have owned.

Nice spatula, used 1-2 times daily. The silicone does not melt, doesn't stick to food, protects non-stick cookware, and cleans easily. As other reviewers have noted, there were two issues. (1) the corner broke after about ~1 year of use, still very usable in this state. (2) The silicone cracked at the edge of the internal metal support after 1 year 10 months of use, at which point we tossed it.

Great spatula - love the silicone covered metal and really like the flexibility of this spatual - will probably order more ;-)

OXO is great overall as a brand, and this spatula is no exception. The size is perfect for my needs- the handle is a great length. I occasionally taste a silicone/soapy flavor when I taste a little of the sauce on the end of it which is always a little strange for me but thats pretty typical for any spatula of the same material. It handles high-heat cooking otherwise well but keep the handle off the hot edge of a pan (that part can melt!)

Built very well. Excellent shape and balance. Allows easy lifting and flipping. Easy cleanup, and no worries for non stick pans.
