Great quality, good value for money, will last years.
Initially ordered the product because of the ability to adjust the mattress over several years, meaning no need to replace as our baby boy grows. The first mattress arrived in a used/damaged 'Snuz' box and upon opening, it was the wrong size (68cm*117cm), we ordered 70cm*140cm.We repacked and returned the item and Amazon immediately dispatched a replacement. Again the replacement arrived in a damp, damaged 'Snuz' box with the addition of a large dead spider in the bottom. It appears to me the mattresses are factory wrapped in plastic and then put into a used box, taped up and dispatched, this is very disappointing because of the initial 'used' appearance on arrival, especially as the product is not cheap.Having said that, the second mattress, being the correct size we ordered, is of very good quality. I can't find fault with the mattress itself. Just a shame it's poorly dispatched.

Disappointed
Absolutely disappointed at how this project came delivered! The box is all opened ripped and taped back up ,as this is a baby mattress I feel that this is not acceptable ! Not overly impressed with the product as well not worth the money

Very happy
I orginally ordered through snuz and it was going to take over a month to arrive, once ordered through amazon i got within a week. Packaged very well, my baby sleeps well and feels comfortable, i havent yet had to change the inside but ive had a look and seems easy enough. Fits cot bed perfectly. Very pleased and if it lasts a few more years then deffo worth the money

Gaps around sides and corners
Baby sleeps really well on this but beware after unrolling and leaving out for a week you may have to take it out of the cover and try and stretch the mattress out. I've done this and put it back into its cover and it has made it smaller again. Leaving 3cm gap at the end and smaller gaps at some of the sides. For the price of the product I'd expect better quality control. Waiting for snuz to reply about sending a replacement product.UPDATE: Snuz customer service were excellent and have since replaced faulty mattress with one that came flat/unrolled and fitted perfectly. Great mattress and like the fact the firmness can be altered.

Very comfy for baby
The is a lovely mattress that feels comfy and firm for the baby. I tried to find the best and most durable one out there that should last without going crazy. It’s a nice colour and baby loves it. She’s goes right to sleep.

Not the size advertised
Well it would have been a nice mattress if it had actually been the size advertised in the product description. Amazon states 70x140cm however product is 68x118cm?! Returning for a refund and looking for an alternative.

So comfy, I want an adult version!
My little girl went from waking every 2hrs in her bedside crib, to only waking once in the night within 2 nights of moving her to this mattress. Happy mummy.

Do better
Packaging was open in arrival. There were small brownish stains on the bed as if it’s been used before.Overall could be better for the price you pay for it.
