FREESEA Aquarium Everyday Fish Feeder with Automatic Mode and Manual Mode

I bought this for when we are out of town. Our tank has a solid top with a feeding port. This auto feeder sits over the port and drops food right into the tank. I crumble the goldfish flakes a little so they won’t clog. Pellets would probably work better and I may switch to them some day. The feeder works exactly as described. I like that I can plug into ac and have battery backup in case of a power outage.

The feeder does the job, although a little inconsistently. You must choose the food carefully and I would say set this feeder up in advance so you can watch how it works. I have a turtle and found that the tube shaped pellets did not work in this feeder. It worked better with round pellets but it was hard to get it to feed the proper amount. It tended to over feed. But I was only gone a few days and it did the job.

This feeder sucked! It didn't fit in it's base, it also didn't fit the rim of my aquarium! I sent it back the next day and got a refund.

Only giving a 1 because we cant give a ZERO!! DOESNT FIT PROPERLY AND OVER FEEDS THE FISH

Lots of wasted food, opening is too large for just 1 fish. Otherwise it would be fine. Had to tape to try to make work

Worked great for my water turtle. Works good with round turtle pellets, not so good with turtlesticks Very easy to set up and use. Great for what I wanted
