Good Product
I spent some time looking for a good gaming chair for my grandson, this make 'GT' with various models came out best. There were a few negative compliments but I put those down to the exception rather than to rule. As and engineer I was impressed with the build and material quality, it assembled well and the fixing are good and robust. He has had it 2 months now and works and supports perfectly, after a month the back of the chair was a bit loose so needed retighning and all Is fine.Would definitely recommend

Easy assembly
A bit of working from home and I thought I would like to get a better chair than my existing one.Arrived, no issues, packed in the box no problems and instructions to assemble no real issues. Found the foot rest not upto the job, but wasn't overly interested in that.On the whole not bad, but for the money not to bad.

Nice looking chair
Arrived next day and very well packaged ... The pack containing the hardware ie bolts is very well layed out eat bolt with its numbers that match the instruction manual. each bolt has thread locker on them already applied.Very nice looking chair perfect for putting your feet up and watching a movie...

Backrest Unusable
I have had this product for just over a month and the backrest has always been a little problematic, not staying in where I have set it to, which is quite disconcerting when focussing on something and the backrest suddenly sinks down a notch. Now it is not staying in at all, unless it is in the full upright position if I lean back it will continue to go down, notch by notch, until I am lying horizontal. The chair is now effectively useless!

It's okay in guess
Chair works fine and I got it together with *some* small difficulty but I use it every day. Had to buy an different lunar support though, the normal one the chair came with didn't suit me.

good relaxing chair
bought for gaming grandson who helped me put it together. straightforward and fairly easy to understand the instructions. well packaged, and all parts including allen keys. grandson(15yrs) says the chair is great and looks the part.
