Much Better than Socket Style Casters
After going through two sets of socket style removeable casters on my Ampeg BA115 HPT combo due to the sockets breaking off inside the cabinet, I switched to this plate style removable casters. Seems to be a much more robust system than the socket style but I'll know more about the reliability after a few gigs.

These worked great -
I bought these to install on a 4x12 speaker cabinet. These work great as long as you get the caster with the right size size plate. I suggest you buy the casters that the seller recommend. Easy to install , remove and I like that I can leave the rubber feet on.

Rugged and well made
Extremely well-made and rugged. I feel that these are quite worth the costs but the only problem that I had was they were too large for what I wanted to do with them. I'm sure they would hold up very well when used on a decent size case but I was looking for something to use on a smaller carry-on type case. I didn't bother sending them back because I believe that they were advertise properly. I just didn't take the time to see what that looked like in real life. Be sure to check the size before you order and if it fits your application these are very well-made.

Poorly engineered - fairly well made - useless when installed as far as removing the caster.
These are poorly engineered - fairly well made but poorly engineered. Once mounted it's impossible to unclip the caster because the clip (that strip of metal pictured in the middle/top) can't be forced "open" enough to release the caster. The catch (that strip of metal) is forced against the cabinet when screwed into place so no matter how hard you push the caster won't unlatch. The only reason I'm not sending them back is they're not worth the shipping.If you're used to the caster locks used by Mesa, or similar, these are not going to make you happy. I had actually considered mortising a "trench" under the clip so it could be pushed back far enough to unlatch, but thought "no, no way I'm screwing up a cabinet I just finished to make this work".

Great product
Used these with RH 9005 wheels and it worked great for the cart I made to pull through the airport. Then just popped the wheels off when I got on the airplane and stowed the cart in the overhead bin with the wheels in my back pack. Worked great and very easy to get the wheels on and off. Loved it! Made my last trip so much easier.

Great solution
These are great and they fit the Reliable RH-9005 perfectly. I'm not sure why others said they don't. I used these to install on a Bass Cabinet that is stacked on top of another. I can remove the casters so the cabinet doesn't roll off of the bottom one and then put them back on so I can move the cabinet wherever I need to. Perfect solution.
