Update: I see that the price has dropped to 39.99. I paid 99.99 (and the MSRP was 139.99) on 11/2015. That is a reasonable price for the product. Upgrading the score from 1/5 to 2/5 as I would consider buying again at that price level.### original reviewSo, I have a nice new car with a nice 8" display... with no nav, and I could not connect the display to my phone without physically hacking the car.I was undecided between buying a widescreen garmin navigator; upgrading my smartphone (unlimited data+free Waze); and buying this Esky monitor and connect it to my phone via bluetooth.The idea is great: create a standalone, bluetooth-capable monitor, that will serve as secondary output for your phone and other bluetooth enabled devices.Why did I return it?1) the display quality is bad. Forget about the high resolution sales pitch in the product description. Quality is very similar to a late 1990's LCD monitor.2) connection time is long and doesn't work 100% of the time. I needed something that could power up and be connected to my phone within a few seconds from entering into the car. The time that I had the setup running properly, I was already 2-3 minutes into the traffic and the decision on which route to take had already been made. So, the idea of having Waze telling me which route to take was useless.3) the display is not touch screen. Every interaction has to be performed through the device connected via bluetooth. A nightmare.4) the product is way overpriced. Even if it is a niche product, the quality doesn't justify the price.I ended up returning the product and upgrading my 4" phone to a 5.5" device with a magnetic windshield mount. (Garmin nav system is too delayed with respect to Waze).I would reconsider buying this product if issues #1 and #2 of the list above were solved.

Only works mostly with iPhone 4s. Had to break out an old phone. Problem is Netflix wouldn't work with it. Played regular videos. Our 6 and 6s would not work at all. Awesome idea but company appears to be out of business so there is no continued support.

My kids love using the TV on the road, but our SUV doesn't have a lot of space, the 7 inch monitor came as a free trial and the kids have their cell phones so they were easily able to watch their videos on the TV/Monitor, and it makes them be quiet on long road trips to the family farm.

I love using it for my GPS to show a bigger screen so i don't cause a wreck by looking at the GPS so long. I received this as a free trial and it really has kept me safer when i go on trips where i need my GPS. Helping me prevent missing my stops by having a bigger screen on the road.

Does not work with iOS. Tried and tried to get it connected googled online there's a app that says you need on google and forms not said in the item. Description And the app can not be found in the App Store

Simply an amazing gadget. It has an inbuilt wifi system and you can do multiple things on the LCD including games, movies etc. I love the display and design of the LCD. Thank you for providing me this LCD in exchange for my honest review. I really love this LCD and would advise buying it.

Garbage. Never worked. Threw it in the trash.

Totally waste money. poor quality finished. Difficult to connect blue tooth network. 100% made in mainland China copy design oem third grade level product. I think the seller company already closed. Try to contact complaint never return.
