I have a large fake palm tree. Im not sure if it is silk. Will this produck clean my tree?

I bought this product for my palm tree which is also silk and it did not clean the leaves.. didn’t work on any of my artificial plants.. I still had to wipe every leave to clean off the dust.

Will this work on dusty shade slats??

When I use this product on my faux plants I take them outside to drip dry...I guess if you can take your blinds outside it would work
