Almost perfect ...
I bought this 12 outlet power supply to replace a Voodoo Labs 4x4 as I thought 12 outlets with 5 switchable would be perfect for my 11 pedal setup. Alas, two of the 12 power taps are useless to me so it's actually a 10 outlet power supply. That's fine because I can still daisy chain power to pedals using the higher mA taps. My real issue with this power supply is that the brackets that come with it are only good if you're installing it on a Pedaltrain board. Well, I have a Creation Labs board and I ended up using 3M dual lock tape to secure the CS12 to the underside of my pedalboard. I contacted Truetone and they sent me 4 pictures on using the supplied brackets but their recommendation to use 3M tape was better (for me). What would make it perfect? Having the ability to select voltage and amperage on all 12 tape. I'd pay $50 more for that functionality and if theyoffered brackets for other brands of boards.

Excellent unit, perfect for my needs.
What a fabulous product. I am powering 19 pedals with this thing with no noise, no problem! I decided I couldn’t handle the background noise of my two daisy chains anymore, and upgraded to this unit. I wasn’t sure it would be sufficient. As it turns out, I needed the ac out for my Boomerang, and am able to power my tremolo pedal with one of the 18 volt outputs, and use a 18 to 9v converter to use the other 18 volt output, which coincidentally was necessary for the last pedal. Each of my digital pedals (POG2, immerse, pitch fork, etc) has its own discrete power, and my analog pedals (distortion, fuzz, chorus, etc) run on a single daisy chain from one output. Once I installed it under the board and powered it up, I was amazed at the difference in the noise floor! So much quieter. I may never get rid of all the 60cycle hum using single coils as I am, but the difference is just tremendous. Do your homework, figure out your needs, but for this price I think this unit is a great product at a great value. Having a single power cable to plug in instead of several hideous wall warts and assorted power strips is way more professional. But the lack of background noise is fabulous. Sold.

The best, quietest pedal power.
If your looking at this you're probably in the same boat as me, will my electro harmonix and digitech pedals work with this? The answer is yes. The digitech whammy adapter says it is 1300 ma but it does not draw that. It draws 233ma. I plugged it into the 9v 250ma slot and it works perfect with no noise. It even has 2 18v slots which I actually needed for my amptweaker dist. It is dead quiet. No hum. You need this for a pedalboard with different brands. And one spots are super reliable. I hope I helped at least one person who was stuck in the same boat.

Very good but bulky
It works very well and you can plug all your pedals but is big and heavy and is difficult to find a place on the pedalboard to install it
