Cullmann CU 52601 Nanomax 260 Tripod with 3-Way QR Head (Black)

Excellent design. It's basically all the features of a big heavy tripod at about a 2/3 or 1/2 scale. I have a full side DSLR with telephoto lens, and it handles the weight easily. While it's not a micro tripod, it still folds down small enough to strap to my Camelbak when I day-hike or ride my bike (easy trails, not enduro). I'm ok hauling the extra weight to have a proper tripod, and I wouldn't take this for back country anyway. Again, everyting on it functions like the HUGE Vanguard tripod I use for my spotting scopes. The clamps, panning, folding, all very positive function. With the weight of the camera I expect it to do ok in windy situations, but that's the only thing I haven't had the chance to test yet.

Great tripod to buy and to get it with you anywhere, when i get it out of the box, i thought that it's legs are made of plastic, and it will be very week tripod, but just as i put it on the ground with the legs fully opened, i found that it is very rigid more than i expected from a tripod with this price, i used it with Canon EOS 50D with Canon EF70-200 f4L, with the Canon Canon Speedlite 430EX over it, and it was still rigid, about it's hight it taller than my eye level when the extension tube is fully extended, so i think that it is great for people with a maximum hight of 185 cm, it's weight is great, why pay more than this, the only thing is i think it would be better if it have a ball head.

I use video cameras for my professional work and often travel. This tripod is perfect because it collapses very small, but can fully extend to 60". Nothing is traded off as the tripod is sturdy and also includes a quick release mount. I recommend this tripod to anyone using it with small video cameras or regular digital cameras, but it is probably not strong enough for larger professional video cameras.

confrontato con il Manfrotto MK-394, stessa fascia di prezzo, anzi il Manfrotto 17 euro in più, per me non ci vale.Questo è 20 cm più alto, la stessa stabilità, design più accattivante, la stessa portata, tutti e 2 hanno la borsa,e come testa sono uguali. i piedini, sono superiori, in quanto avendo pure i chiodini si possono ultilizzare ovunque, mentre il Manfrotto no.Registrandolo sul sito avete fino a 10 anni di garanzia.Per chi vuole avere un Treppiedi stabile a buon prezzo da portare ovunque senza spendere una cifra l'avete trovato.Per i principianti o amatori come me è l'ideale.Io lo utilizzo con una Canon Eos 600D e un obiettivo 15-85 USM Canon a volte monto pure lo speedlite 430EX II ed è stabilissimo.Consigliato

Es un trípode muy ligero ya que es de aluminio, pesa 1'3 Kg., que se reduce a un tamaño muy manejable (50 cm.) y, además, es fácil de transportar ya que trae una bolsa. Las patas tienen una goma que hace más fácil el agarre (sobre todo con temperaturas bajas, cuando el aluminio se queda helado)Tiene mucha estabilidad y aguanta bien el peso de una cámara, incluso con objetivo. Puede que para un profesional se quede un poco corto pero para un amateur es más que suficiente, y a un precio muy aceptable.Yo lo quería para hacer fotos en mis viajes y excursiones, y de momento estoy encantada con la compra.

Ich bin sehr angetan vom Nanomax 260. Das Packmaß ist durch 3-fach Auszug der Beine einerseits schön kompakt, andererseits lässt sich eine ausreichende Arbeitshöhe von 138 cm (Mittelsäule nicht ausgezogen) bzw. 168 cm (Mittelsäule voll ausgezogen) erzielen (gemessen bis Oberkante Adapterplatte).Die 2-fache Beinwinkel-Verstellung ist simpel, aber elegant durch Verdrehen eines sauber in den beiden vorhandenen Positionen einrastenden Anschlag-Rädchens am Kopf jedes Beines gelöst. Die Beine selbst fahren bei senkrechtem Halten durch das eigene Gewicht aus und ein. Der oberste Bein-Teil ist mit festem, feinzelligem Neopren überzogen. Das Teil, das die 3 Beine aufnimmt, ist aus Metall und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Die Füße sind aus Hartgummi. Schraubt man sie nach oben, kommt ein Metall-Spike zum Vorschein.Der 3-Wege-Stativkopf ist ebenfalls fast komplett aus Metall, ebenso die Adapterplatte (die habe ich schon bei teureren Stativen aus Kunststoff gesehen), deren Kamerabefestigungsschraube zum Festziehen einen ausklappbaren Bügel hat. Alle Achsen lassen sich bei geöffneten Klemmschrauben leicht verstellen und ebenso fest fixieren.Insgesamt ist die Verarbeitung sehr wertig. Lediglich die Kunststoff-Klemmen der Beine wirken etwas billig verarbeitet (sie sehen aus, als hätte man die Spritzteile lediglich grob mit dem Messer vom Spritzbaum geschnitten). Sehr lobend zu erwähnen ist, dass eine wirklich ordentliche Stativtasche mit Trageriemen beliegt, deren Boden sogar noch mit Kunstleder verstärkt ist. Auch Cullmann scheint an Verarbeitung und Langlebigkeit zu glauben und gibt 10 Jahre Garantie.Das erste von mir bestellte Exemplar hatte übrigens einen Lackfehler (wahrscheinlich war der Untergrund nicht richtig entfettet, der Lack haftete nicht und bildete Blasen) an der Beinaufnahme und wurde rasch und problemlos von Amazon getauscht.Im Einsatz verhält sich das Stativ völlig unauffällig. Ich verwende eine Kamera von ca. 1 kg und habe damit keinerlei Probleme. Das Stativ steht stabil und die Kamera wird von allen Schrauben sicher fixiert. Es wurde in anderen Rezensionen kritisiert, der Stativkopf sei nicht exakt waagrecht. Zumindest bei meinem Exemplar kann ich keine Schieflage erkennen. Das Fehlen einer Wasserwaage wurde moniert - diesbezüglich sollte man sich den Preis des Nanomax 260 ins Gedächtnis rufen, für den einem eine Menge geboten wird. Wer dann noch unbedingt eine Wasserwaage braucht, muss eben etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Ebenfalls nicht vermisst wird meinerseits eines Bedienungsanleitung - schon beim bloßen Anschauen dürfte den meisten klar sein, wie alles funktioniert.Fazit: Ein prima Stativ mit exzellentem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

HeightThe height of this tripod is more than suitable for most users , I am 5ft 8in but my eye-level is 5ft(150cm) the tripod only reaches around 130cm without head extended. (see my Stability part of my review).The tripod does not feel small when the legs are fully extended.StabilityThe tripod has no real problems here I extended the tripod out to it's 162cm full extension (including centre post up) it felt suprisingly stable , but i would not want to have it up all the time though because i think with time it may damage it.apart from that the tripod is very very stable.Build QualityNow again suprisingly here price wise Cullman have not skipped on quality , the head and quick release plate is aluminum but the handle is plastic but it's strong. The quality of the clips is good and the legs are strong but with any tripod care is always needed here regardless whether it's aluminum , carbon or magnesium. and the foamed legs make it a little less plain and more professional looking.Generally the build quality is better than that of the manfrotto 785B which majority is plastic construction except for the legs which are aluminum.CarryingThe manfrotto 758B does win this one but not by much but the extra weight on the Cullman is down to the head and the stronger legs , it does come with a carrying case should you not want to carry it on a backpack like the Tamrac expedition 3 which I personally own.Overall impressionCompared with the tripod's from Manfrotto namely the 785B modo the Cullman is in a different leauge and i'd like to say i don't think it's not a millon miles away from the quality of the likes of the 190 from manfrotto and others from gitzo.For a capable cheap macro tripod in the £60-£70 range this is well in there in my mind i would recommend this over the slimar priced manfrotto 785B and get the 260 or the slightly smaller 250 and have the knowledge that it will last longer.

El tripode viene muy bien empaquetado, buen transporte de amazon y muy rapidoPor otra parte el tripode viene con su funda, por lo que facilita el transporte, ya que en mi mochila no entra, es demasiado ancho, pero no pesa demasiado.La altura que tiene es suficiente para mi estatura, sin necesidad de elevar la rotula central, lo que le quitaria estabilidad.Todavia no lo he utilizado en el exterior, pero estoy deseando poder probarlo.Muy recomendable por el precio que tiene.
