I bought the blue-blocking computer glasses for my kids because I read studies that the blue light from screens may block the production of melatonin in the body, resulting in difficulty getting to sleep. My kids had been having a lot of trouble falling asleep at night. Along with no-blue night lights, I think the glasses are helping. I just ordered a second pair so each child can have their own. My husband likes them too, he says he can see the words on his laptop better. My kids say they look cool too, and they like to wear them.
