Since I've had an office job for a few years and my posture was getting worse, so I needed a solution for my slouching posture. One of my co-workers was wearing a strap on his shoulder and I tried before I actually buy one and I've only had for few times, I was like I definitely need one and I got this from TheImpv.I really satisfied with the product! It has sturdy stitches like how they advertised on SNS, comes with 2 pads for your armpits but that's optional I guess(I personally don't need those).They also have instructions! that helps you know how you wear this.I highly recommend to someone who works at the office, it really helps you to stay upright!

I’m sorry but this Altapolo brand sucked for me I could barley get it on and was ridiculous to get on had to have my fiancée help me I believe was I doing everything correctly the directions seem pretty easy so it may be that I am over weight so any bigger men or woman don’t waste your money with this one

I plan to use the product to improve my posture, Once I get it on it it feels like will do what i want. Getting it on was my problem. I could get it in position but I could not reach the straps to get them through the hole to tighten them. My wife assisted me and once we got it done it seemed satisfactory. However I really want to be able to do it my self. So i went on amazon and asked the question, How do youget this on by yourself. I received a very nice answer which included the comment I used the included velcro straps. I did not receive the velcro straps. I then receive another nice reply that suggested that any velcro straps would do so I went to my local hard war and bought some. When I received TheImpv Back Posture Corrector, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. It came with a harness, 2 pads to place in your armpit (if needed), and an instruction sheet. I found that it was really easy to follow the instructions for putting on TheImpv.I placed the harness on and as I pulled the straps to tighten it, I could feel my back straightening up. There was some minor discomfort initially, but after fixing the straps and foam padding, it was much more comfortable than I anticipated.As suggested by the instructions, I’ve been slowly integrating TheImpv Back Posture Corrector into my routine and I’m about to bump up the usage as I’m hitting the 1 week mark. I’ve found that while it’s not the most comfortable thing to wear, I’ve gotten used to it and I’m already noticing that my posture is much better for a time after taking the harness off. I’m hoping with more frequent usage and a longer duration, that the corrected posture will become permanent.

Its been great! I was thinking to have other product but this was great choice. I’ve seen worst but this is better than I expected tho.I have bad slouching posture, I know this ain't gonna help me to fixed my posture right away but continuosly I can feel that I'm getting better with this. I'm actually wearing this when I go run or playing soccer and it feels great when my posture is upright! there is a instruction but I personally able to afford more time than they suggested. very nice sturdy stiches also.I just purchased one more for my wife! thanks!

Garbage for me. Not worth shipping back. Way too small for me. I guess it's because I'm a bodybuilder, arms are 19+ inches, backs pretty wide. For a amateur. This product isn't meant to be used by 200+lb lifters unless your bottom heavy.Oh well.

I’ve got this for my wife, who has been suffer from slouching shoulder and forward neck problems.As soon as product arrived we tried out and it was actually feel better with this. It’s not only helps you to upright your back posture, it also helps you build a core muscles! But I guess she still need more time to make her posture right but she said she can feel the difference between with and without. It also comes with soft pads so you can protect your armpits. Its actually long enough to cover your whole armpits. we’ve only use a week so far but I think we can improve my posture with this in a long run.

Didn't function as advertised and actually created more issues than helped alleviate load on back and shoulders.
