A very 'convenient' item.....

The female attachment didn't fit at first. I had to remove a burr on the inside of the neck thread to push the attachment in. Otherwise it was fine.

Great for long journeys and lack of public loos if you have a prostrate problem

The bottle does the job intended and has served its purpose to my relief! However one tiny problem I experienced more than once is that the screw cap did not close securely" got a bit twisted on the threads "and leaked onto the car carpets. I always carry the bottle in two plastic bags for discretion!To be fair the bottle had fallen on its side through car movement but you really have to make double sure the lid is on square and tight.It might well be me? but the threads on the bottle don't seem to accept the cap easilyPity really as the idea is great but you do need a secure lid fastening!

I have used this camping at a festival and glamping in France - fab for during the night!!

A perennial problem as a female is how to relieve oneself when there are no loos and you are a lady of a certain age! You can squat of course but it's a little undignified and exposure is always a threat.This urinal has solved the problem. My husband spread a map over me as I did the necessary whilst sitting on the passenger seat of our car. It worked without any embarrassing or messy leakages. The trick I think it's to 'go for it'. Don't hesitate or worry about it, just one big push and it's done without incident. Easy to just flush down the loo once we got home, rinse out and it's all ready to go back into the car boot for next time.

Tried to use this at home after a knee op but managed to wet floor. Perhaps more useful for long car journey.

I went to download festival this year and had gone last year. Last year I only needed to use the toilets for a wee as my bowels decided to work?? So yeah the whole five days I didn't poo, so this year I thought instead of me having to use the public toilets as they were DISGUSTING! I could get a bottle and not even have to leave the tent.I can honestly say this was the best choice I made.It has a screw on lid and comes with a funnel that you can attach for the female use. The funnel was very easy to attach as it's more of a slot in. Never had a problem with leaking either.I'd definitely recommend
