I'd been wanting a leg pillow and decided on this one. I can get really hot under covers and didn't want a pillow to add to it. The cooling part really works! I was skeptic of it really staying cool but it really does. Almost too cold! Not really but it adds coolness and I can feel it as I am falling asleep. The pillow is great for side sleeping and keeping everything in line. My hip is feeling better the more I use it. I do wish it came with a strap to keep it in place, more my fault as I move around in my sleep at times. I often find it off the bed in the morning. But it does its job in keeping a more comfortable and cool position to help fall asleep better.

Helps so much for my sacroiliac joint and lower back/hip pain while sleeping. I start off reading in bed with it between my thighs, and then typically sleep on my left or right side. It moves with me without needing to adjust like you would a pillow. No matter how I move, it moves with me without waking me up. Based on my raves, my sister bought one too, and loves it. The only negative is that there's that chemical foam off- gassing smell when you first use it. Once it airs out for a week, it's fine. It's not really cooling--it just doesn't get too warm/sweaty with your body heat.

I typically sleep on my back all night. However, do to the fact I need a hip replaced, I have noticed that I tend to roll to one side about have the night. I think the hip pain is causing me to be restless, unfortunately sleeping on my side though it relieves the pain for a hour or two, causes be to experience pain when I get up right away. After using this pillow for about ten days I have noticed that I do not have pain when I get out of bed, which is great. Of course by noon the hip is yelling at me again, but I am thankful for the 5 to 6 hours in the morning with out pain. The pillow is soft so I wish it was a little firmer and it does get warm after about 5 or more hours of use. But overall I would recommend it, as a tool to relieve the pain in the hip.

This pillow is awesome! It's been months since my knee surgery and even tho I toss and turn at night, (from side to side to back), this pillow is amazing! The thickness and density is just right and it's very easy to move it around as needed. Love the cooling effect, not too noticeable, just right. Bought one for my Mom as a gift. She has sacroiliac hip problems and she loves it too. Well made. I highly recommend this pillow. The only downside is that now I cant sleep as well without it! 😁 If you call that a downside. Buying myself a 2nd one for travel!

I have severe, degenerative arthritis in both knees. I like to read in bed while laying on my side. I slip this knee pillow between my knees and at first I feel the coolness of the gel liner in the pillow which really eases my knee pain. When the coolness wears off, the pillow makes a soft, comfy separation between my knees which also relieves stress and pain on my knees while I lay on my side.The pillow can also be used while sleeping, however, it tended to slip out from between my knees as I flip over from side to side while I sleep.

I have two replaced hips. I have tried this. I've gone back to my pillow. Why? This is too small for me. It's too cold for me; I need to be warm in order to sleep well. It doesn't support my ankles - it leaves them dangling. It doesn't allow me to shift into sleeping on my back. HOWEVER. For these very reasons, my husband likes it! It's small. It's cool - he doesn't like extra heat. He doesn't WANT anything more on his ankles... he just wanted support between his knees. And because this helps him relax, when he's ready for back sleep, he just slips it out of bed when he's through with it. He uses it only for the first part of the night and loves it. So... consider what you want out of it and perhaps this will fit the bill. Or not.

I got this for my boyfriend, who sleeps with a "leg pillow" at all times. He also gets very hot at night. Before I gave it to him, I tried it out myself, and even though it tells you in the title that it is cooling, I was shocked that it does in fact feel COOL! Just wasn't expecting it, but it really does work. My boyfriend likes it. I like it because it's more compact than a normal pillow, so I can easily pack it for when we travel (and not have to give up a pillow to his legs that I want to use for my head). This is the next level for leg pillow enthusiasts.

Being a side sleeper forever (I’m 66 sometimes it feels like that) and wish I had this forever as well. Relieves back and that ‘knee knocking’ pain so much that now I notice when I don’t have the pillow. Seriously just buy this- it’s that comfortable and affective- worth every dime!
