Great product for a great price.
Easy installation, and operation is very quiet. Great price too! Shipping was quicker than stated. Both times I’ve ordered it was.

Phenomenal
Finally got the thing installed, its 14°f outside and pumping out 130° heat. Very pleased with the price and ease of install. Minus the fact it took 4 hours to get through a 2' masonry wall, had up and working in 8 hours.Vacuuming the lines is imperative, had a minor leak at one of the flare joints. Re touring the line was all it needed but would have lost all the freon otherwise. Had to recover nearly 2oz of freon as the initial charge was creating too much pressure on the 16' line set, and would have eventually led to compressor failure.

This is a great do-it-yourself unit. I had done a couple of these before so that helped but this is really not a big deal if you take your time and read, read, read the instructions. If you do not have the ability to pump the unit down before final refrigerant line connections get a guy with a pump to do it for $50-$100. Any AC guy can do it in 20 minutes.

Can’t believe I waited this long to buy this!
Super quiet. Don’t get me wrong, I can sti hear it but it’s not enough white noise for me to sleep. But that’s not a bad thing. Keeps my room warm or cool. Whatever I desire! I did need to call an hvac person out to handle the Freon for me. But well worth the price
