Great product, which attracted bluebirds, woodpeckers, chickadees, and ... SQUIRRELS, who loved it as well, sorry to say. I had thought the spiciness of the seeds would deter the squirrels, but apparently, our squirrels are "hot to trot!" If you don't have squirrels around, then this is the seed to buy for attracting a rainbow of feathered friends!

I thought these were supposed to keep squirrels away, but they don't - at least not in my area! However, they are great for the birds - they love them! Unfortunately so do the squirrels! I won't be purchasing again because I don't want the squirrels hanging off of my feeder. With that being said, the company is easy to do business with and they do state the product deters most squirrels, so I guess not in my area.

The WD fruit & berry blocks have brought a wide variety of birds to our feeder but the squirrels like them too. I decided to start making my own hot blocks because I couldn't find them in this size but they didn't hold up well to rain. I was excited to see and order these sizzlers. This morning there was a big, fat squirrel eating breakfast from one of these blocks. Turned our morkie, Jax, loose on him. Guess it's time for something shocking rather than hot.

These seed blocks are great and the birds love them. BUT, they arrived broken to pieces, Very poor packing.

Have ordered previously and have always been great. Last 2 packages I got, all blocks were broken and crumbled and not able to be used in normal feeders. Birds do love it and is always one of the first blocks to go.

The price is crazy. Go to Menards or Walmart and save some cash.

Exactly as described. The squirrels don't touch it. Perfect!

Birds seem to like it...all kinds.
