Worth every penny
My entire sports/active career I've had bad luck with my right knee. 3 surgeries, and finally recovered from the 3rd one just now. I've been getting back into the gym, and I tried squats, which was still a bit painful. I also enjoy mountain biking, and have a labor intensive job so I need my legs to be fully functional. I had pretty much hung up the idea of knee braces after I had tried several from Walgreens - they would either slide down, or would rub uncomfortably, or would fall apart quickly. These blew my mind! I just got back from leg day in the gym, and they were extremely beneficial during squats and my bike ride. I bought one for each leg because they're so comfortable. Their sizing chart is very important and helpful, I'm glad they offer different sizes rather than one size fits all with a velcro strap. I know they're expensive, but you get what you pay for, and these are worth every penny. I'll try and update later to see how they hold up over time, but they feel quality.
