This substance is very similar to original Permatex sealant. It spreads very easily and has body enough to stay in place.I swear, I saw a brontosaurus and two sabretooth tigers in that bucket!Cleanup was easy with brake cleaner (don't inhale or shoot yourself in the face).I am buying another bucket just to have on hand.Here I am, 66 years old and have finally found Bonafide Industrial Pooky!I am sealing the base of my pole barn against water intrusion and I believe I have found the golden bullet!Thanks!

We had a leak, bought two different brands of roof repair, Henry and one other. Used the other one first, it rained and guess what? It didn't work! When the roof was dry we used Henry and worked like Magic. Now we keep an extra one around at all times in case we need it again, but hope we wouldn't.

I out it on the roof and it stopped the leaks, as of now, that nothing else would do.After two months I looked at it and it has cracked so will have to put another coat on it.Unless I just use cheaper tar which is what this looks and spreads like.

I recently installed a new chimney stove pipe and flashing. the product was easy to work with and has been water tight so far. Just try to preheat it somehow before using as it is really thick. I just put mine by the heater over night and was good to go. And wear rubber gloves, it's hard to wash off.

Have use this brand over 20 years never had a problem with shingles coming back up after I glued down ones that were blown off by the wind

The sealer is ok but the can came in a box with tar seeping out of the can and I/4 of it in the box and down the side of the can.What a mess. Maybe bubble wrap would help.

Shipping could have been better -- can was dented. I was worried that once I got the lid off, I would never be able to get it back on. No problem but it will only go on in the same position that it came off. As for the product, Hey, it's Henry's...: GOOD STUFF!! If you are familiar with it, there is nothing I can say that you don't already know. If you have never used it before, then then follow label directions. I often will imbed screen fabric into my repairs as I think this eliminates or at least vastly reduces cracking over time do to shrinkage. Be sure to wear clothes that are already ruined---even down to your shoes. Be careful where you step. There are things you can use to get out of or off the things you don't want it on. WD-40 works for that.

Stopped the rain from coming in my roof where a tree branch hit a couple of roofing shingles. Had a couple of super hard rains and the HENRY HE208042 One Gallon Roof Cement kept the rain out!
