I can honestly say this is the best thing I've ever bought on Amazon. I wasn't sure what I would get from it but this exceeded my expectations. I am more than happy with this necklace. Mine and my boyfriends one year is coming up on July 11th, and I know this gift is going to make him happy. It is just absolutely perfect. The picture has no flaws and the ingraving in 100% perfect. Got the necklace and thought it was beautiful! Everyone liked it. Got it as a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend in the military and he loved it. The chain was a little cheap looking so I bought a better one. The picture has a cool look to it. Iwill update later to see how well it holds up.

I ordered two of these customized tags to help commemorate my son's High School graduation (one for a necklace and another for a keychain). Looks amazing and the engraving on the back is top quality and perfectly matches my design. It's thicker than I imagined, but thats a plus (in my opinion) and is of excellent quality. I intend to purchase another one soon for my younger son whose cat (and best friend) died suddenly of a heart attack--was planning to don the front with a picture of his beloved "Tiger." I have complete faith that Interway will treat me right once again and provide a top quality product specially customized by me.Thanks so much for providing a high quality product and providing the same in terms of service and delivery!The only issue that I had was trying to figure out how to attach the keyring chain to the tag. The chain wasn't as heavy duty as if hoped, so I ended up utilizing the spare keyring for parts--I took off the small ring that attached the chain to the keyring and used that to attach the chain to the tag. It seems like it should be configured like that anyways. Not a big issue, but I viewed the somewhat thin chain to be the weakest point of the item and didnt want to risk my son losing the tag at some point or having the edges of the chain link scratch the tag around the tag's hole. Other than that minor issue, both he and everyone whose seen and handled the items have been deeply impressed by them.

First, I have to say I love sellers who are quick to respond to questions, the folks at Interway did just that, when I had questions they had answers and this lead to the product we received being spot on. Second, I placed a second order and I made a mistake with it, a quick e-mail to them corrected the problem and they had things right for me without issue. I have to state this again though: IT WAS MY ERROR and they made up for it, made things right and created a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.The tags themselves - fantastic. They are not light weight or cheap, these are good quality tags. The chain is very nice as well. As I do a fair bit of photography and large prints, image quality will go a long way to determining the quality of what you get. If you have a question about the image, ASK, the good folks at Interway will let you know if the image is going to look good on your tag.All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Interway for great service and a great product. - KMD

The photo I chose I guess couldn't be centered as well as I had hoped and they left off an entire line of words that I wanted. So I shipped the tag back. (They make you pay for the shipping by the way) And when they sent me a new one it had the words on the back but the image was the same. I would recommend that you look somewhere else.

Ok so i ordered this for my father he was in the military so it seemed to be a good gift idea to put a pic of my son on it with a quote well when it arrived it looked awsome and it had everything i wanted it to say. The only way that the picture is messed up is if the quality of your photo is bad ex. Bad photo=messed up image on the dogtag. And as for the picture falling off it wont happen either someone was sitting there trying to take a picture that has been etched on to metal or theyre lying. The only downsides are not enough fonts and you only get 1 dog tag besides that its awsome and a great idea for a gift.

Wowwwww! What a beautiful gift !I got this for my husband on our 8th yr wedding anniversary. It was perfect ! I choose the yellow(gold) . Everything was perfect! Thought the back would be black but I think it all dependents on which color you choose . It was still very beautiful ! I’m still blown away by the amazing quality of this product for such little money . Hopefully it doesn’t change . Love love love it !
