This battery tester rocks, tests every kind of battery known to man
I used this battery tester at my dad’s house so I went and found it on Amazon and ordered it. I really like that it has no test leads to get in the way so it is compact to store. I’ve had it about a year now I think so. It seems to be time to review it. It’s very well built and sturdy for being plastic. The display is not back lit, but that’s fine. It’s basic and utilitarian. It’s functional and it does its job it tests, batteries of many different voltages, including the CR132A and 9V batteries and some I’ve never heard of. It is super easy to use because there’s no switches or anything. You just put the battery in and it shows you the amount of charge.

Experience required
I have a few of these with different brand names. The bar type strength indicator is pretty accurate but it takes a few times to gauge exactly where the graph identifies a battery that has voltage too lower to continue to use. Once you learn that you’ll appreciate the simplicity of this device which can test a wide range of household use batteries. I even test new batteries before installing them. Hey, it’s that easy!

Small price to pay to save money in the long run
No more guessing how much life is left to wayward batteries. Seems like a small price to pay to keep from throwing money in the trash due to thinking batteries that still have plenty of life in them are dead and get thrown away.

Very convenient
Used this as soon as it came in on a box of AA and AAA batteries that I wasn't sure of. Now I know that 1/3 of them were almost dead and could be disposed of. Fantastic!
