Good Product
I used this to connect a blue tooth keyboard and an HDMI external monitor to my Surface Pro. Worked immediately, keyboard went on immediately and monitor was HDMI quaility.

It stopped working after a month - Updated: Seller sent a replacement that worked
After a month of using this adaptor for connecting my laptop to a second screen, it started to not work and give trouble. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not.Updated - After telling the seller about the problem, they sent my a replacement product that seem to work well for now.

The product has worked with many of my devices over the last several months without issue. It’s well built as well.Definitely recommend this, although be aware that you may be limited to under 60Hz refresh rate on higher resolution displays. I’ve tested with my 3440x1440 monitor and the max refresh rate at that resolution is 50Hz.

Does NOT work with iPad Pro 2020
The media could not be loaded. I tried it with Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it works fine. But if you connect power to the USB-C prort it freezes the video.Does NOT work with iPad Pro 2020 (A2459). I tried it with 3 different iPad Pros and 2 different TVs, but it just will NOT work with iPad Pro - however the description claims it is compatible with iPad Pro.The device looks great but ports are very tight (almost like it is grinding on the ports) and feels very cheap plastic.

Blue screen of death
Plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop and almost instantly Blue Screen Of Death, unplugged it and re-booted my laptop and for some reason windows had reverted to a fresh set up page, you know the one where it starts asking how you want use your laptop and that annoying Cortina starts asking questions. So being one for punishment I tried it in my Linux Zorin tower and nada, nothing, zippo. So it went back for a refund,Just wondering allowed here, I wonder if the Blue Screen of Death could of been caused by a rootkit virus embedded in the adaptor

Doesn’t work
Supposedly has a USB C charging port. It has a USB C in so fitted my Apple Charger but it didn’t work on this one. Sent it back.
