Expensive and excellent.
Expensive but there is no better product if you have a wound located on a joint or heel. I had a large open wound on my elbow and I tried every type of wound dressing. This was absolutely the best dressing, by far. Depending on your situation the extra cost is offset by needing less frequent dressing changes and I was able to shower with it on, no problem.

Buyers beware! Not for water AT ALL!
I'm extremely disappointed I wasted my money on this product. I cut my heel (very small but very deep) and needed something to cover it while I was heading to the beach for a vacation. I did countless research and this was said to be waterproof (according to 3M website) and stay on for 7 days. PERFECT! I put this on, according to directions, and off we headed. We were at the beach for probably 45 minutes and came back and I wasn't even in the water. This thing was already starting to come off on the pad part. I then got in the shower and the whole thing just disintegrated from there. The sticky parts that go around your foot were still in tact. The pad parts on your actual heel were the ones coming apart. I wish I never bought this to begin with and bought the adhesive spray that my husband ended up having to go find for me.

...And I have bought them again. I have a wound on my ankle and these are my favorite of the dressings used on my ankle wound.

Used for sacral bed sore
Used on a start of a sacral wound on my mom, worked amazing stuck on perfect... better then the rectangle wound care bandages.
