Clean head with no razors, Amozon is tripping
It definitely does the job, I love it. If I had used it. It's now January 4th, 2021 and AMAZON SAYS'S THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THE ITEMS. This was returned in September 2020. Now they're charging me for something that was returned to them. Yes, every time I get a chance too I will be letting others know what AMAZON is doing! have a great day...

I have sensitive skin so this product works for me. Can't do without it. I usually cut my hair down first before using this. Sometimes it gets all hair sometimes it dont. This leaves my head soft at times. Warning be careful on how long you leave it on. Can do damage to head. Dont use twice a day. Only use once. Dont make same mistake I made. Burn myself once

Nothing (something, though) happed !!
Used a full tube. First time on for 4 minutes as instructed. Not a single hair. Second time, left on for 7 minutes, gave burning sensation and rashes, no hair removed. Total waste of money and paid for sufferings. Left remaining brand new tubes useless because no free shipping for returns. Took my chance!
