All glasses came out just as expected and really sturdy quality. We had ordered another separate glass and realized the size was different. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement without charge. And when I saw immediately, I mean they responded within a few hours and had the replacement shipped overnight. Really great gift for our groomsmen! I will definitely be using them again for the future. Highly recommend

Really nice gift for my husband but the decor is starting to fade really quickly. Never put in the dish washer and always washed by hand. A little sad the decor is fading so fast :(

I received 7 of these glasses and realized one was misspelled. Looking into it, turns out the error was on my part, I misspelled a name on the order form. I messaged the company, in panic because my error was going to cause an issue because they are a group Christmas gift.Natalie was very polite and understanding. Got these for my BIL for a Christmas gift. The quality was good, customized properly, and shipped on time. The only thing that was disappointing was the size. They are smaller than a rocks glass.

Got this for my boyfriend. He loved them and then they fell accidentally off the shelf. Yet somehow three glasses survived. Not sure how they landed on the hard floor but we checked it was still in tack, no broken pieces. So durability is pretty good on this product too.
