I was skeptical about this purchase,but at the urging of my friend who raved about it I took the chance to see if it could improve my sleep too and boy has it ever! It completely covers my eyes, but sits comfortably above my nose so there’s no blockage of breathing. It completely blocks any light that would otherwise disrupt my sleep and the perfect weight of it magically puts me to sleep quick and all night. All I can say is I slept like a baby and now hopefully I will continue to do so nightly. I also LOVE the color! If you have trouble falling asleep,try this solution!

I have a hard time sleeping at night. With this mask I have had such an improvement. It puts me into deep sleep easily. I still wake up at night but fall back to sleep quickly. When it is time to wake up, I move the mask a little bit to let some light in slowly. It takes a few minutes for my eyes to adjust after removing.

The material of the mask was nice, but it was much thicker than expected. The thickness made the mask too heavy to wear comfortably.

Bought this for my 9 year old daughter who has trouble falling and staying asleep. The mask is easily adjustable and stays on her all night. She falls asleep within minutes instead of hours and sleeps all night.

I slept like a baby using this weighted mask. I guess there’s a lot of science that goes into facial pressure and rest, but for me it just felt good and I noticed the next morning I did not wake up in the middle of the night as I usually do. A small price to pay for such a good nights rest!

This mask is a huge help to getting a good night's sleep. Choose your texture (silky or plush). Also completely covers the eye area so no light comes through. The weight is soothing.
