I was told by a representative this wouldn't work with my iPhone; I am writing this review because the person I spoke with doesn't know what she is talking about. I glad I didn't return the cable!!!

I bought this for carplay since I needed a short, black cable so it isn’t very visible when looking into the window. It works great, but I unfortunately had to return it as the LED doesn’t turn off when unplugging the phone, so there’s a slow, miniscule drain on the car’s battery and you’ll have to unplug the cable entirely to prevent that. Otherwise, it’s a great cable and would be fine if plugged into a wall outlet and not a battery.

I always keep my phone plugged in for car use, and it's aggravating to have 6 feet of cable coiled up. This is the perfect length to keep the center console neat and tidy. What's even better, it appears to be well constructed with a braided design that should resist wearing out from frequent connect-disconnect cycles. And I even like the color....

I ordered this charging cable for my car.. It fits just fine and does the job.. The only thing I was confused on was the color.. The item picture is red, but it says black once you order, so I ordered thinking it was a black item.. It’s not.. It’s red.. The description on item is confusing..
