So far so good!
i ordered this about a few weeks ago and it's still brand new. It definitely deserves 5 stars due to its durability ( the cord is really sturdy but still flexible enough for ease of use the shape of the cord helps keep the cable in place and the fact that it's so thick it helps with the length. I've had other long cords and they started shirting out because there was too much wire for the length. I feel as though the material this is made of reeeeeally is like an extra layer of protection. Would definitely purchase again.

Worked great for 4 months then died
Got it on Jan 19 2015 and worked great. Felt very durable. But only 4 months later and it has started to act up. It will now only charge if you hold it to the left as seen in the picture. If it moves too much from this orientation it stops charging.

Formed a short within 11 months. This is the shortest period I have had any lightning cable last.

I'm not quite sure how to rate this. The cord is long and sturdy. Plug fits into my ipad snuggly as it should. Sometimes when I plug it in, it says it is not charging and I will have to pull it out, turn it around and plug in again. This seems to make it work just fine so far. It has never stopped charging in the middle of charging, just when I first plug it in. I have bought cheap ones in the past that stopped working quickly and bought this because of the other reviews. It is for behind my bed and I can't get to the plug easily which is why I splurged on this one.

Six feet is great and it worked fine for recharging, but the flat geometry means it ends up twisted.

The length is perfect for using in bed
I have had this product for a month with no issues. The length is perfect for using in bed, I have had no issues with my phone refusing to link with the product, and in general am pleased.EDIT: I have now had this project for several months, and purchased a second one for work. The one I have been using at home seems that the wires inside are crossing or moving, while I'm in bed and playing on my phone while the phone is connected to the charger it keeps losing the charge. We will see how much longer this one lasts. It charges great if about 2 inches of cord is laying flat on the nightstand, but if there is too much hanging off the edge, it lose the connection and won't charge.

Cable died in less than a month.
I don't know what to say aside that my cable stopped working at all after a bit over 1 month. Amazon return window was closed so I am stuck with dead cable. It is possible that cable is just "one bad apple from bunch" and If seller decides to take care of this problem, than I will edit the review and rating. But for now I would look somewhere else.

Stopped Working After a Few Months
This cable was good while it lasted, but it lasted only a few months. I don't know why this happens so frequently with lightning cables, but this one worked at first, but eventually stopped charging my phone. I'm getting a bit fed up with needing to order new charging cables all the time, since so many of them stop working.
