Good product for the price
I set the spotting scope up at the rifle range. At max magnification the target was crystal clear at 100 yrds. I could easily see my shots. Good product.

Good value for the dollar.
Solid construction, tripod metal legs a plus. Nice storage/carry bag. I use it to sight in at the range 100 yards and 200 yards. Works fine no complaints. Happy with purchase.

So-So...?
Start off with the most important question.. Would I recommend this.. short answer is.. Not particularly??. Now with that half baked answer out of the way, I can tell you why. I painted mine to get away from the all black look and match my rifle, that was easy and fun and blah blah. Well I should’ve looked through the thing before painting and believing the reviews on YouTube that it was reliable. I thought “I’ll just get this thing, it does everything I want for at least 1/3 the price!!”.... It does what it’s supposed to dont get me wrong. Just kinda poorly. It’s SUPER hard to get a still clear image. You need to shove your eye so close to the viewfinder that you are nearly touching the glass with your cornea. And even still you just see your own eyelashes and shadows constantly invading your view unless you are absolutely perfect. In practice, my spotter found it pretty hard to consistently call shots as he was losing focus and the image quality at 60 is kinda pitiful. The glass tends to fog up constantly in any humidity, so i used the toothpaste trick, worked okay for a bit after that. The old adage works here though, “You get what you pay for.” Now if this is your ONLY option, it will do what you want. But please, if you have the money, and you shoot long distance or even bird or animal watch, don’t skimp on the spotting scope. Pay a little more for something better. Save the 55$ And put it towards a more reliable investment. BUT if you are on a budget, and have a OKAY rifle with an OKAY scope and are doing minor shooting and just wanna see your target after or just want OKAY quality. Then this isn’t the worst place you can put your money..

bad eye relief, but good overall.
They work just fine as long as you don't mind having your eyeball glued to the lens. I wish they had better eye relief, but that's probably an unrealistic expectation at this price point. Overall, these work just fine for my 100 meter shooting. That's really all I needed them for.
