It has 2 ends, one designed for adults and another for children.As for these devices in general, I find they do work, but be realistic.Both me and son have used this device. It doesn't hurt and we are both breathing better. I have had a few operations on my nose, and it will never work correctly again, but this does relieve the pressure somewhat.I would certainly recommend these devices, and this product in particular.It's 5 stars from me 😀👍

I have had several traditional Neti pots in the past and found them helpful but difficult to mix the solution just right, slightly awkward physically to use, and extremely difficult to clean which led to me binning them at the end of an illness in fears of causing future infections (there's an episode of House, MD where someone gets an amoebae infection of the brain from an unclean Neti!). This product is a complete rethink of the same principle that, thankfully, can be easily and thoroughly cleaned.I have been suffering greatly with a severe cold and ordered this in absolute desperation after days of inability to breathe through my nose. I am overjoyed with this device. It's easy to fill, easy to clean, the supplied saline sachets do away with the need to carefully mix solution, and the button on the top (which allows the water to flow) is genius. Best of all, now I can breathe through my nose again- the congestion is clear!My only small complaint is that I wish it were slightly bigger, as I had to use it twice one right after the other to get the "complete flush" I needed after days of blockage, but for normal rinsing (when I'm not ill) it will be fine so I can't see taking off a star for that reason.

I bought this to replace my NeilMeds sinus irrigator but it's not really the same thing, so I use it in addition to the latter (The NeilMed sinus rinse is a smaller bottle that is more vigorous in its application (requiring squirting upwards) and therefore may not be suitable for some people).The Neti pot is more gentle as you just let the saline water flow naturally into the nostrils. Used daily it helps flush out toxins (living next to a main thoroughfare means airborne pollutants are maximised)...Helps noticeably on low humidity days and helps counteract pollen allergies.

This is a superb product. I suffer from all year allergies and after coming back from a very dusty country, I was recommended to use this to clean my nostrils. Comes with detailed instructions on how to use. It also comes with two nostril for both children and adults. At first, the sensation was weird and its more effective when you tilt your head. The button on the bottom of the bottle is genius. It blows air into the bottle so you don't have to squeeze the bottle to get the water out.I feel immediate relief after using it and like my nostrils are wide open and free, but I do get the same dryness back after an hour or so. I am hoping this will improve with regular use and prolong the "feel good" sensation however I am happy it's cleansing my sinus as it has been troubling me since my holiday.

I have been using the similar NeilMed sinus rinse bottle for Chronic Rhinitis for a few years and fancied a change; this has a couple of nasal adapters with it that you can screw on to see which is more comfortable. There is a little button on the base that push little squirts out of the nozzle - this is great for people who are nervous about applying incorrect force to the bottle/water going into your nose, or for children, but I just prefer squeezing the bottle and flushing my sinuses. The only issue I have is that that salt sachets that come with them are a lot harder to tear/open than the NeilMed ones, but obviously that is only a minor problem. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this pack for anyone with nasal issues, hayfever, rhinitis etc.

Really like this product. It alleviates stuffiness and congestion. It has the same therapeutic effects as using a neti pot but without the mess. The pulsing mechanism creates a gentle flow of water and the whole procedure is very quick. It's important to have the water at the right temperature - not too warm or too cool. I usually boil the kettle and pour the water into a glass jug and leave it to cool to a comfortable temperature.

I love my Sinus Rinse. I have used other products for the purpose of sinus clearing and this is the best one so far. It is great for the start of a cold or during a cold. The product is really easy to use and is very comfortable and efficient. The sachets of saline powder easily absorb into the water. It has a small vacuum pump on the bottom which enables the water to flow through your nose at a pace that suits. This is a great way to deal with a cold and to avoid sinus infections or pain. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.

This sinus rinse made a huge difference from the 1st use! Very easy to use and very good value for money. I have bad allergies and this has really helped me. 5 Stars!
