THis D3 source is from Flaxseed oil - easily tolerated. Have re-ordered this item many times and product is always consistent and does the job of maintaining levels of D3. No fish taste cause its not from fish.

When I was really sick, a guy in the nutrition store told me about this product. He was doing research on the anti-inflammatory effects of VD3 and said this particular brand was made so that it was ez to digest and that it would totally absorb. I had been lazy and stopped taking the vitamins and was feeling lethargic and tired, when a blood test showed my D3 was really low. Once I started taking them again, my energy came back and I felt more alert. So I make sure to take them every day, especially because I am indoors a lot away from the sun (school and studying). With winter coming, I need this.

Good quality vitamin d at a great price for those of us that need a little more vitamin d in our diet.
