Excellent quality, but the designs are not up to Rooijen's usual standard
I have most of the Pepin van Rooijen colouring books and this is the only one I haven't given 5 stars to.The paper quality is excellent and the fine lines make it a pleasure to use.However, I think the designs are not up to Rooijen' s usual standard, and some of them are a little boring. There are several "plate" designs, and I have found that the printing doesn't quite match up around the edges of the plates, making it a bit difficult to colour in properly.

Pretty but too intricately inked for coloring
The designs are very beautiful, the paper is high quality, but for me it only gets 3 stars because many of the designs are so finely inked/intricately detailed, it doesn't work well for coloring.

As expected, great quality
Great quality as I've come to expect from pepin van Roojen. Some mandala designs.

Nice and thick paper
Oh the Paper! it is nice and thick but I'm not sure if watercolours or other paints will work on this paper. You definitely need a very sharp pencil to colour in the drawings as some of them are very finely detailed. But felt pens work great, if they have a sharp point.
