I have purchased this product several times. It has a delicious flavor ( I don’t think of flour as having FLAVOR usually!!). Very fresh. Stores well. Organic. Will continue to purchase this product. Definitely worth it!!

Wonderful to work with and great taste.
I use the flour for baking cakes and bread and it is great to work with. The flour is great to work with and products taste great.I have tried several different flour products and have never been disappointed.I just wish it would come in a better container so I wouldn’t have to mess with the big bag.But, I have a large food grade plastic container that can hold all of the flour and is air tight so no bugs can get in.

Professional Quality
I absolutely love that I can buy a 25# bag of flour on Amazon from this brand! They have soo many different flours and every one is wonderful. This white flour though is very high quality and consistently delivers the basis for perfect breads, pizzas, biscuits etc. I've been buying this for years and will continue to do so :)

Very nice flour!
I’m new to sourdough making. This flour works great for my bread. I’ve used it for pretty much all my baking. Fast shipping and boxed really good so not to rip open. Very pleased.

Worked great, but won't buy again because they doubled the price???
Why is the price suddenly double what it was a few months ago?Is that the vendor, or is Amazon testing out some Ai "smart pricing" BS?

Amazing!
I started making sourdough starter since the quarantine started, just like a bazillion other people. I tried all kinds of flours, methods, youtube videos, adding water, steaming, finger test, you name it. Couldn't get my starter really to rise or work very well - flavor ok, but extremely dense. I almost gave up and started using the starter to make baguettes (and adding dry yeast to the dough), but kept feeding my starter with flour hoping for a big rise. Now, it smelled good, but I just didn't get the rise you are supposed to. Stores running out of flour got me searching amazon for a big bag and I found Great River. The bag arrived just as I was making baguettes, so I fed my left-over starter with it. YIKES! About 10 hours later it was crazy bubbly - almost to the top of the container. I decided to make a sourdough bread (no instant yeast) today and look at the difference between a loaf I had frozen (exact same recipe) and the new one! I had no idea that the brand of flour could make such a difference! I really debated writing this review because now I'm afraid everyone will buy you out and I'll be stuck...but, well, you guys deserve it - really made my week. I've been trying for months. Thank you! Just make sure to always save me a bag of flour ;)
