Acorn womens Spa SlideSlide Slipper

I wear these way too much because they're so comfortable. I have "tender feet," by which I mean I'm easily bothered by irregularities in both soles and uppers. Any pinching or sense of sand-like particles, and I take my shoes off. I want good form, fit, and function. I'm buying a new pair today because my two-year-old pair is kaput. But I love them and they're worth the price. It took me a little bit to get used to the enormously cushy insole, because it actually elevated my feet a bit above the floor. That moved my center upward. But that was a short period. I wear a size 10 in shoes, and the fit was as expected. They're a little longer than I actually need, but not so long as to cause tripping. That little bit of extra length and the adjustable strap lets me get these babies to stay on with absolutely no pinching or slipping off my feet. They're wide enough, but they aren't boats, unless perhaps you have very narrow feet. My width is medium. I love the way they look and feel. I've washed them by hand and in the washing machine. I don't put them in the dryer. I hang them on a drying rack or a doorknob. They do take a good 24 hours to dry because of the thick foam. Don't put them in the dryer. The materials may melt. I'd be comfortable gifting these, as long as I know my recipient's size. I know a lot of women who want slippers that fit well and feel good, but don't want to pay more than $20. Well, you have to pay a little more to get great slippers, so yes, they would be a good gift. I certainly would appreciate them if someone gifted them to me. I definitely recommend these.

Super comfortable foot bed and soft fabric, except the acorn embroidery is irritating under foot. It is cute, but would be much better placed on top of the slippers over foot to be visible and not feel it under foot. Not as much shaped arch support as the first acorn slippers I tried, but they were about $100, not $40. These still seem a little pricey for the construction, but they are better than other cheaper slippers I tried. I would like more material over foot or closed toe to be warmer and more secure to stay on. Thick padding, nice for concrete and tiles floors.

I have flat feet and a small instep and many slippers have too much of a gap on top for my feet. These are super comfortable, cushiony and adjustable so I feel secure in them and don't feel like I could trip. Very pretty color too. Will be nice in summer when I need some foot warmth, protection and support but other slippers make my feet too hot for this time of year. Very nice.

Well made and feels very comfortable. Would be perfect, except these are very long for size 8-9! I wear size 8.5 Medium, and ordered accordingly. There is almost 1 1/2 inches in front of my toes, and my heel is almost 2 inches from the back of the slipper. The next size down sounded like it would be too small for me. Good for Halloween clown shoes perhaps! (1 week later: received my 2nd pair, size 6 - 7.5, and finally can wear these! They are still roomy, and have about an inch in front of my toes, but I'll live with it. Gave the 1st pair to a friend who usually wears a size 10. Be forewarned: these run VERY Large!) Five Stars because they are well made and super comfy!

Returned, would not recommend. Not worth the price. Quality is not what it used to be. Cushioning went flat after only an hour of wearing. No support, not much arch, uncomfortable to the point of hurting my feet. Size 5-6, foot sliding even after tightening up velcro.

I have been wearing these slippers for a number of years now and are my VERY, VERY, FAVORITE OF ALL THE SLIPPERS I'VE HAD. They are So Comfortable and I LOVE the Open-Toe. Your Toes Never Feel Stuck, a real PLUS! Can be easily washed and dyed and never shrink. Have Very Sturdy Padding on the bottom, so you can walk outside easily n comfortably. GREAT supportive All-Over Padding when walking Too! One pair lasts for many years, ware after ware. A GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT. I will continue to buy them as needed from Amazon. I loved the slippers at first. It only took a month for them to start wearing out. To their defense, I do walk on my toes, especially my big toes, and that's the first place the cushion started wearing out. By the end of one month of daily wearing, the big toe started hurting from a worn out spot. It may be because I walk with my weight forward because of my back that I put extra pressure on my toes, especially the big toe hence the reason it wore out fast. They are soft, comfortable, and being able to adjust the top was perfect after my foot surgery. If they weren't so expensive, I would order them again but it's too expensive for just a months worth of wear and tear. they do run large

I have a very narrow (AAA) foot and finding a slide slipper that can be adjusted narrow enough is a challenge. These can be with the addition of a bit of Velcro and they are so comfortable.

I have recently struggled with edema in my feet and have had an awful time finding a women’s size 12 shoe to fit my swollen feet and be comfortable. These Acorn slippers have a Velcro closure that adjusts to the widest part of your goot? Have great cushion, non-slip sole, and wash & dry beautifully looking like new each time. I’ve never been disappointed with the line of Acorn Terry spa slippers which have I’ve been easily wearing 15 years now.the dole is so substantial yet light weight you can wear them outdoors.

This slippers are pricy but so worth it. They last 3 times as long as the cheaper ones do. They can be hand washed and air dried. One of my pairs wore out so I replaced it. I need lots of support for the bottom of my feet and these do the job! Highly recommend to anyone who needs support with their feet. I cannot walk barefoot comfortably but with these I can walk on them for a long time.
