the problem is the cushion comes with a zipper cover that cant be removed it is tufted with threads all the way thru so if you spill something it cant be washed and removed for cleaning and the stuffing is a condensed fill that falls apart when you remove cover to replace you have to cut it off the mattress and it is a mess the supplier should either not include the cushion and have Amazon supply cushion or put a better mattress on the product that can be protected by a mattress cover and be removed for cleaning metal furniture itself is good the mattress is not

It was easy to put together. It’s cute. My Mom slept on it. She said it’s comfortable. She loved how the sides can be raised and lowered. The one small down side is how low to the ground it is. My mom is short and going thru chemo. So, I didn’t think it would be a problem for her. I had to help her everyone and then to get up. Besides that. I am thinking about buying another one.I wish the company would offer different length options for the legs. I would happily buy a set of taller legs.

The metal portion of the Futon is constructed well. The mattress is a bit thin and not comfortable unless you put some padding underneath it. I wish they offered an upgraded mattress for this thing. Also, there are little plastic tabs that hold the mattress together and they are a little uncomfortable.

Bought this for my daughter's college dorm room. Light weight and adorable. I however did not enjoy a full night of sleep on this, mattress is thin and it is not comfortable.

My futon arrived with one defective bracket. The seller immediately sent a replacement and now it's perfect. Like others have mentioned, it is a little deep, but I am short. It is comfortable and fits great in my small apartment. It's a welcome addition.

The cushion is total junk.
